An ERP system refers to enterprise resource planning software program and the total functions, computers and hardware that it undertakes in an organization. ERP systems or in other words ERP functions are totally dependent on the coordination and integration. ERP system includes all the tools that would help in the functioning of ERP either directly or indirectly. ERP systems help a lot in the functioning of an organization. Whenever an organization thinks of implementing ERP it should first think whether the manner in which it is going to implement them. This calls for a detailed organizational study which includes restructuring at a later stage. Since ERP is not all about computers and software programs there are many issues that the company has to think about. ERP systems call for a perfect functioning of the entire individual component.
