Database Management System
The database management system refers to the system or software intended to manage a database and operate based on eth data requested by various clients. The examples for DBMS include accounting, human resources and customer support systems. DBMS s have of late, emerged as a standard part of most of the companies back office. In simple words, it is a complex set of software programs used to control the organization, storage and retrieval of data in a database. It is a modeling language used for defining the scheme of each and every database hosted in the DBMS as per the DBMS data model. The three most well known kind of organizations are hierachial , network and rational models . The database management system offer either one or two or all three of the models. Several methods like inverted lists are used. The most appropriate structure depends upon the application, transaction rate and the number of inquiries that will be completed.
